In this open forum, we understand that going to your pediatrician can sometimes be overwhelming and there can be questions left unanswered.

Join Dr. Sheila Mak where she will cover questions that she encounters most often in practice, and bring any additional questions you may have!

Common after hours questions- does this need to be seen by the doctor right away?

Meet Sheila!

My name is Dr. Sheila Mak, and I am excited to partner with Miss Karen and Kpeas to come visit and meet you all! My passion since I was a child has always been with medicine and working with children. I am a board-certified pediatrician who has been practicing pediatric medicine for 16 years and has been practicing in the Westchase/Clearwater area for the past 10 years. I graduated from Lake Erie College of Medicine in Erie, PA and completed my pediatric residency at Goryeb Children’s Hospital in Morristown, New Jersey. I live locally with my husband and three kids.

In January I opened my own practice in hopes of being able to continue to provide quality care, but have more time to spend with each child and their families. Every child is special and has their own unique needs. At Mak Pediatrics, we hope to build strong, trusting relationships with our families.

This is a great learning experience for caregivers of children ages birth-preschool age.
