Birthday Parties!
We have had 2 birthday parties and attended 3 birthday parties at K Peas, and it is always fantastic!
The space is perfect for kids of all ages (we had ages 1-11), with plenty of open play opportunities to keep everyone engaged. One of the highlights was the music class, which got both kids and parents involved—it was such a fun and interactive experience!
Ms. Karen, the owner, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She made the entire process stress-free, assisting with setup, clean-up, and keeping the party running smoothly. She even timed the music class perfectly to match the kids’ energy levels. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend! ~ Alexis

Class + Play
“My son and I met Karen (the owner) through a neighborhood class she held years ago with my first baby, who was then about 8 months old, and I began making the 30 min drive to go to her location after that. That same boy is now almost 5 and while on spring break asked me to go back to kpeas on his day off to join my daughter and I who is almost 3, as we still go regularly.,,
We must prioritize money a lot of the time and the activities we choose and my kids simply liking going isn’t the reason I go .. a free park with friends (both mine and the kids) is a nice option a lot of the time but the reason I pay and take them here is that I find myself longing for connecting time with them that isn’t distracted by the need to connect with my friends and my kids running off being focused on their friends. At home a lot of the time I find myself doing chores while they are on a screen or trying to play but getting distracted by my phone.
This is specifically time for MY KIDS AND I to bond, snuggle, sing and love!… It’s quality time that is solely dedicated to them and I truly think it benefits both of us...” ~ Shannon G.
“I have been taking my son to K Peas to provide him (and myself as a new mama) the many benefits that music class has on others. Ms. Karen is dedicated to her craft and keeps the children engaged and on-task. Music classes provide children improved cognitive and language development, stronger motor skills, and enhanced social emotional growth. All Inclusive
“I’ve been coming to KPeas for a full year now and I drive 45 minutes one way and it is 100% worth the drive, money, and time. My son was a COVID baby and was struggling with social anxiety and adjusting to being around other people/children.
- This play place is immaculately clean and generates a very “homey” vibe with its no shoe policy.
- Bringing my son to Kpeas was more beneficial than OT. I pulled him out of OT to attend the two week “summer camp” offered here.
- My son has severe food allergies (egg and dairy) and Ms. Karen has always been very accommodating by asking the other parents not to bring any egg/dairy snacks/drinks when my son is attending (his allergy is also via contact and airborne).
- All family members and caregivers are welcome adding to the “homey” atmosphere. ” ~ Sumanta

K Peas Place has been an incredibly rewarding experience not only for my children but also for me, by offering a chance to connect with fellow moms in the community. “K Peas has been amazing for my daughter. We started going regularly when she was about 11 months old. She was very shy, reserved, and was only crawling. Within a few weeks she really came out of her shell and is now a social butterfly and I think all the socialization at K Peas really has made a great impact on her. She also started walking shortly after we started. It has been amazing to be able to take her to a place I feel comfortable with and that’s safe and clean. “K Peas is a fun, educational, sociable place to bring your family. Especially if you have one child or smaller children. They will have a blast exploring. Staff is very pleasant and kind and will work with your schedule. The indoor play area is nice and clean. A good time especially on a rainy day.”~ Danielle

“Since going to K Peas open play and music classes with Miss Karen my almost 2 year old has made huge leaps in development and socialization! “My children … love it there my daughter who was not even 2 when we started at k peas she was not talking so fluent yet. She now sings to all the songs they listen in class. I almost melt when she sings the best mommy in the world 😀. K peas to them is a fun school they look forward to it and stay disciplined… I admire her patience with children and parents, she has created a home away from home … I really appreciate all the effort she puts in organizing the events, we even had my daughters birthday and it was the most memorable one for all of us. Co-op Work
“K Peas Place co-op work/drop-off option was invaluable! Working full time is difficult during the summer when school is not in session, especially since my child is not old enough to attend camps. Being able to essentially take her to work with me was amazing! It also helped that she was able to maintain a school-like schedule. I wish this had been an option for when she was too young for preschool!

IMMACULATE
“This place has been such a blessing for my family! I started taking my twin girls at 4 months old – now at almost 7 months old, we make this at least a once a week destination. Music class is incredible !……………the place is immaculate – it’s always so clean! Aside from everything my girls are getting from their experiences here – it’s been positive for me too – as a new mom – getting out early and often has really helped the emotional roller coaster that pregnancy has been for me!
