May use first payment towards a discount deal within 7 days of first visit.
Grace period ~ we understand things happen if you paid and do not come as planned, you may use your initial payment within 2 weeks of payment. We are planning for you!
Our policies are in place for the quality and benefit of all families coming to K Peas Place.
Rates per family, not per child. All families pay individually/ such as neighbors, cousins, friends.

Purchasing Discount Packages = Agreeing to our policies and understanding extra classes are added to help you use your packages in the time frame selected.

5 visits expires after 2 months from the date purchased.
10 visits expires after 3 months from the date purchased.

IMPORTANT!

Packages are sold with the goal to build a community and for your family to achieve benefits of the classes and play sessions.
Monthly discount plans are available for families planning to attend 2 or more times per week!
We recognize by attending 2- or more times a week provides families a “preschool” alternative where both child(ren) and adults benefits from our programming. It is important to discuss your goals, as we plan accordingly. Thank you for you understanding.
We request you Pay as you go and then choose an in house special after class, you may use your pay as you go to upgrade.

Come any day / any time. We understand things come up, therefore we offer flexibility.
Arrive on time for class and finish class to build routines and rituals. (If you are running late, we understand and communicate with our guests, we’ll wave you in:)
We do cap our attendance.
Daily reservations are required to plan accordingly!
Add on weekday afternoons and weekends included. Request a date and time!
10% off Private Birthday Parties.
Special Events are not included.
Special Events include 3rd party vendors therefore, specific policies are in place for the integrity of promise and payment.

A child’s development is unique to each child, each family. We are very mindful and work with each family to meet the goals for their child’s development and to balance our schedule and activities accordingly per your commitments!

Plan your visits:

Pack a SNACK to enjoy before or after class during open play! We sell snacks, if you forget.
Bring SOCKS to wear for grown ups, kids optional. Take off your shoes at entry. Purchase socks, $2 if you forget benefits Paul’s Project.
